For several years Granby residents have been able to follow the business of town government by watching tapes of town board meetings on the cable public access channel. Time Warner Cable currently carries public access programming on cable channel 96 for those living in the Granby area. Most months the regular monthly meeting is broadcast on the Tuesday after the second Wednesday at 8 p.m. Televising of the meetings has long been seen as an important step in public awareness efforts.
